What if the project takes longer than quoted?
We eat the overrun. Fixed price means fixed price. That's why we scope tightly upfront.
Do I own the system you build?
Yes. Everything lives in your accounts (your CRM, your n8n, your cloud). No vendor lock-in, no monthly platform fee from us.
Are prices in CAD or USD?
All prices on this page are CAD. We invoice in CAD by default; USD on request.
Do you offer a retainer?
Yes, from $1,500 CAD/mo. Includes monitoring, 1 new automation per month, and priority Slack support. Cancel anytime.
What payment terms do you use?
Net 14 on signature for builds (50% upfront, 50% on delivery for builds over $10K). Net 30 for retainers.
